About Me
I imagine you are here looking for support and maybe a place to talk about things that are playing on your mind, that are causing you to feel stuck or trapped. Perhaps you have emotions that are spiralling out of control – maybe you are feeling frustrated or anxious a lot of the time and find it exhausting. Or maybe you feel down, flat and don’t know what you can do about it. Life can really seem overwhelming at times – like with the breakdown of a relationship or the loss of someone you love. At times like these I think it can be an act of courage and strength to ask for help.
My own experiences have allowed me to value the importance of counselling. I will provide a unique, relaxed and safe space where you can be heard. Counselling can help you to have better understanding of yourself and others and support you to make positive and empowering change
Years in Practice
I have 9 years of Counselling and Psychotherapy experience working privately and in the NHS. My approach is centred around you as an individual, rooted in Person centred and Neurobiology and bringing in aspects of CBT, and Transactional analysis.
